- SISUDCC IVNov 28, 20253.0I never thought I would write a GOOD REVIEW about a USOS facility (especially after what I experienced in Walnut Creek!). This place was attentive to finding my General Delivery mail. and is actually on the “light side” of customers (NONE were there when I was!). Its major drawback is it is NOT open on Saturdays, and has a VERY LATE opening time (10:00 AM). Not sure why this is the case.

I went today to the R Street location and they have been out of money orders for three days. Waste of a trip. Then I had to ride my bike home and take the light rail to Royal Oaks location, which is not that accessible. I hope they get this location running better bc now it's the only one left in the grid. Staff was nice but I'd rather they have all the services available.
