  I HIGHLY recommend this location. The staff is always very friendly, efficient, and so helpful. I'm not a regular reviewer but the service I've receive here over the years has encouraged me to show my appreciation.

  I can’t say enough good things about the UPS Store on S Street. Downtown Sacramento can be a bit hit-or-miss, but coming here is always a genuine pleasure. Alex is an absolute rockstar—she consistently goes out of her way to help me with whatever I need. She is efficient, incredibly kind, and clearly excellent at her job. The rest of the staff are also very good and professional. It’s easily one of the best-run spots in the area. Highly recommend.

  I rarely go here anymore. This place has thieves here. Five packages being returned to Amazon never arrived and I was re-charged for them. One return was beautiful draperies I paid over $60 for. They were too long and I was going to reorder a shorter version. Five different times and five missing orders. In all the years I’ve shopped at Amazon n have had to return items, this has never happened before. And Amazon did not honor the receipts. Since I’ve been going to a different location not one return has been lost.

  Horrible customer service. I can't believe how rudely I was treated. Franchised store... Do NOT give these people your business. Edit: please see response from owner below which is why I am responding with this edit. I shouldn't have to give you more details. Read your reviews and take it from word of mouth. Clearly the person running the store is not fit to be doing so and very rude. There is no way that you can rectify the experience that I had and the way that I was approached and talked to while I was there. Good luck with your business ventures.
