Despite paying for premium shipping, we’ve received no clear updates or resolution from UPS. This has caused serious inconvenience and frustration, especially considering the cost and urgency of the shipment. I expect UPS to take responsibility, locate the missing package, or issue a full refund immediately. This experience has severely damaged my trust in their reliability and customer service. We should have chose Fed Ex over UPS really!
