My package was taken here as an access point pickup destination. I received an email stating that the package was delivered. I called to verify my options since I was out of state and was informed that either myself or someone from my household that has the same address as the delivery address on their ID can pick it up. When I sent my nephew to get it they told him it was Already picked up. I was very upset and called the location and spoke with one of their agents. They told me a guy named Jack come in with a copy of my ID and a written note that stated that I give permission for him to get my package, and they “gave it to him”. I know they stole the new iPad and Apple keyboard I got for my daughter to take off to college. These people here are untrustworthy thieves.
