    I had a very upsetting experience at this UPS Store while trying to return one Temu item and two Amazon items. The self-service scanner was not working properly and would not scan my phone, likely due to direct sunlight (approx. 1pm, 1/4/26) on my phone. I politely pointed this out and asked the employee for help. Instead of assisting, she repeatedly insisted that my returns could not be processed because I “needed a box,” even though I explained multiple times that two of my returns were Amazon returns. For Amazon, the return instructions clearly stated no box and no label required, which I already knew and later confirmed again on my phone. Despite this, the employee refused to help me and continued to insist I needed packaging, which was incorrect. Regarding the Temu return, I attempted to return it in its original packaging with the original label still on it, assuming a new label would be placed on top. The employee again insisted I needed a box without clearly explaining why. When I asked to speak with the manager, I showed him the Amazon instructions that clearly stated no packaging or label was needed and explained that the employee had refused to help me. Neither the employee nor the manager apologized. To make matters worse, the employee then claimed that I said all my returns were from Temu, which is completely false — I clearly stated at least three times that I also had Amazon returns. Because of this false claim, I asked the manager to review the store’s surveillance footage — not just to resolve my situation, but because it is extremely concerning to have an employee who refuses to help customers, provides incorrect information, and then misrepresents what was said when questioned. This goes beyond a simple mistake and reflects a serious customer service issue. This situation could had wasted my time, gas, and effort. I also can’t help but wonder how many customers are incorrectly sent away or pressured into buying unnecessary packaging. The lack of accountability and basic customer service was unacceptable. Very disappointed in how this was handled.

    Their internet was down at 1030 this morning but they still took my return and told me it would delay the processing of my return. It’s 4pm and still not cleared with Amazon. Not a good way of doing business.

    I dread coming here, yet it's the closest to my home. Employee Cynika is the absolute worst. Always rude, always attempting to not help. He advised next time for a return I NEED TO USE THE MACHINES, not offer as suggestion, another words I don't need to help you, you can do it yourself. He told another person attempting to return something saying he needs a box, I won't accept the return, and to come back when he has one, instead of offering to purchase a box. I had a previous visit, and I was told by the same employee, he will not help me until I move my car.. he is beyond ridiculous. I have had not only had but witnessed numerous bad, rude and blatantly unhelpful encounters with this employee, and I've been coming here for years and always he is always unpleasant. This review is looong overdue. He needs to be reprimanded, and I am sure I am not the only complaint on this guy, but the owner needs to address this, its ongoing... for years. If you hate your job, then get another one.
