So it is one of a few different scenarios I do it via the kiosk, so either the next customer steals my item that I placed in the Box, or these guys steal it for themselves, or UPS decides they're going to keep it for themselves. Now yes I you get my money back from Amazon because I scanned my barcode but somebody is keeping my item i will no longer go here i will go back to my other UPS branch so just be aware these guys are not on the up and up
