    This is the fourth time I have dropped off on Amazon item only for Amazon to tell me they never received it . So it is one of a few different scenarios I do it via the kiosk, so either the next customer steals my item that I placed in the Box, or these guys steal it for themselves, or UPS decides they're going to keep it for themselves. Now yes I you get my money back from Amazon because I scanned my barcode but somebody is keeping my item i will no longer go here i will go back to my other UPS branch so just be aware these guys are not on the up and up

    Saturday store hours show opening at 9:00 AM. I arrived and waited until 9:10 AM, but the store was still closed—lights were off and no one was inside. This is very inconvenient and wastes customers’ time. Please ensure posted hours are accurate or the store opens on time.

    I went into this store near closing with two packages The girl who worked with me was short-tempered and snippy I was having difficulty finding the QR code on my phone The only reason I did business with this UPS store is it was the only one available. I can see why the reviews are so poor at 3.6
