  This (Calvine Corner Shopping Center) is the UPS store that I most always use. The staff is helpful, professional and gets it done. I had an issue with an item that was a return 105" x 3.5" x 3.5" at The UPS store at 9328 Elk Grove Blvd Ste 105, Elk Grove, CA 95624 (Waterman Plaza). They (Waterman Plaza) said that the package was to big and had to be taken to a UPS hub. I brought it to store #3618 (Calvine Corner Shopping Center) and they took care of it with out issue. Thank you for your great service, and I will only use this (Calvine Corner Shopping Center) from here out.

  Misleading information and poor customer service — avoid this location I brought a sturdy, properly sealed, and clearly labeled box to this UPS Store — it was a reused box with “veggie patties” printed on the side, which is perfectly acceptable according to UPS packaging guidelines. However, the employee flatly refused to accept it, claiming UPS drivers would reject the shipment and that my package would “go to Goodwill,” despite having a valid return address. This explanation was illogical and unprofessional. After verifying UPS’s official policies on their website, I confirmed that reused boxes are allowed as long as they are in good condition, which mine was. When I called back for clarification, I was told the confusing statement that “this is the UPS Store, not UPS,” implying that their drivers have different rules — an excuse that made no sense and felt like a push to sell me their overpriced $4.99 shipping bag. To prove my point, I took the exact same box to the UPS Store on Calvine Road. They accepted it without hesitation and confirmed that my packaging met UPS standards. This location provides incorrect information, misleads customers, and pressures unnecessary sales. I strongly advise avoiding this store and going to a different UPS Store location that actually respects UPS policies and treats customers professionally.
