- SCSimon Chew5 days ago1.0I wanted to start with that I understand trying to upsell services, but I was only there to make two Amazon returns. After declining the offer of paying to repackage the box and the service to have them add more tape, I shouldn’t be asked multiple times after to reconsider and how it may affect my return. There was cosmetic damage on the box with some denting but nothing that was a large tear or opening that will cause the contents to spill. So when the clerk told me that when they move and ship back the items it may cause it to tear, why is that my liability when we are trusting UPS to get our packages to their destination in one piece?

While loading our package back into the car there were 4 other people who showed up to drop packages off including an Amazon driver. Could at least put a sign up so we didn’t unload our head package to find locked doors.

I drive far from my house to use that store, because the UPS store near my residence is awful. Employees are rude, speak very fast, never smile, they are not helpful, etc. I love going to store #4507 in Sacramento instead. A big shout out to all the staff there. Thank you for providing a great service and going above and beyond with a smile
