Everyone was busy with a customer but acknowledged that they saw me. I had to wait but it didn’t matter because of the tone that the employees had set. I knew I would be helped. The young man Jake who helped me has excellent customer service skills. He was professional, kind and patient with me. He knew his job and did it so very well until I plan to become a regular. I was sharing my experience with my son and he had the same experience with Jake and staff. He stated that he won’t go anywhere else for his services.
