Finally an older lady came to counter and apologized because she was sorting. The 3 of us waited for nothing. Madonna n child stamp was out, I had to go back to repacking my mail, and I forgot about the other one. It was not busy, just no customer service

At first, I wasn’t completely sure if I shipped it in September or June, but I knew I had the right to ask for help and get clarification. When I tried to explain the situation, the employee named Kai immediately started arguing with me. She kept insisting that I came in “3 or 4 weeks ago,” even though that was not true. She got upset and started talking to me in a rude way. When I asked to speak with the manager, she said “I am the manager,” but I honestly don’t believe she is. It felt like she was just acting like she was in charge. She also told me things like, “What if I give you your documents and don’t service you again?” which I found very unprofessional. She refused to help me properly, didn’t offer a refund, and I believe she may have overcharged me the last time I shipped my package as well — but I couldn’t find my receipt to confirm. Overall, the experience was rude, unhelpful, and stressful. I came simply to resolve a shipping problem, but instead I was treated disrespectfully.

I have to say in a world of dying customer service that gentleman was so very professional and friendly. I’ll be coming here instead of the watt ave store from now on to get his wonderful service. Make sure y’all take good care of him, he really takes care of the customer. Huge shoutout, wish I caught his name.
