Showed up at 9am this morning and they were closed and someone came out of wingstop saying they would be open until 930. Came back in an they were still not open. Needed to make copies refused to give me a discount for the inconvenience of coming back 3 times. Will not be back to this store horrible customer service.

I usually have good experiences at this UPS location, especially with the evening staff, who are normally welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, one employee in particular has made multiple visits uncomfortable.
The employee I am referring to is a white male with dark brown hair and I’m sure it’s the same guy majority of the reviews mentioned. When you walk in with Amazon return packages, he immediately yells at customers to use the self-service kiosk — even when they are already heading there. During one visit, I also had a separate high-value return that required counter service. I asked him multiple times just to sell me a UPS box so I could pack it myself, since the return instructions specifically required double boxing. It took unnecessary effort just to get him to provide the box, even though I was willing to pay for it. He also tried to tell me not to use a second box, even though I would be financially responsible if the item was damaged or rejected.
On a different visit in the early morning, when the store was completely empty, I had another unpleasant interaction with him. Even with no customers in line, he still seemed unwilling to help and acted annoyed by basic requests. This contrasts sharply with the rest of the staff at this location, who have always been polite, welcoming, and willing to do their jobs.
This rating is for him specifically, not the rest of the staff. If someone clearly does not want to help customers, they should not be working in a customer-facing role. I now always use self-service machine just to avoid dealing with him, while other employees always willing to help with returns on their own even though I usually just head to the machine. Heck if I could also scan regular packages or grab a box and pack on my own I would so I wouldn’t ruin this guy’s day by simply doing his job. Customer service should not feel hostile, especially when customers are simply following return instructions and are willing to pay for proper packaging. Only going to Howe location from now on.

Customer service is ok but they over charge for Everything a pice of paper is $5 tape $4 Amazon returns are NOT FREE To return

3 people waited for a while no one was at the counter. Rang the bell, still no one. Finally an older lady came to counter and apologized because she was sorting. The 3 of us waited for nothing. Madonna n child stamp was out, I had to go back to repacking my mail, and I forgot about the other one.
It was not busy, just no customer service

I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS store. I came in because a package I originally shipped on September 6th was returned to my mailbox a few days ago. At first, I wasn’t completely sure if I shipped it in September or June, but I knew I had the right to ask for help and get clarification.
When I tried to explain the situation, the employee named Kai immediately started arguing with me. She kept insisting that I came in “3 or 4 weeks ago,” even though that was not true. She got upset and started talking to me in a rude way. When I asked to speak with the manager, she said “I am the manager,” but I honestly don’t believe she is. It felt like she was just acting like she was in charge.
She also told me things like, “What if I give you your documents and don’t service you again?” which I found very unprofessional. She refused to help me properly, didn’t offer a refund, and I believe she may have overcharged me the last time I shipped my package as well — but I couldn’t find my receipt to confirm.
Overall, the experience was rude, unhelpful, and stressful. I came simply to resolve a shipping problem, but instead I was treated disrespectfully.
