    I went there to drop a box with label on my phone and the guys said i have to print that label which is okay but 5 dollars for a label to print is insane. Simply they just rip off be aware folks

    I drive out of my way to this store because the staff is always welcoming, helpful, fast & efficient. Greeted as you walk in & they don’t hesitate to help & they give you options so you aren’t obligated to always go with the most expensive. Xavier even packed my items I needed to ship out. This team clearly cares about their store & customers.

From the moment I walked in, she was super nice, welcoming, and genuinely kind, and she kept that same positive attitude the entire time I was there. I came in with a lot of packages, and I mean a lot, so I was already a little worried that it might be inconvenient or that I would feel rushed. Instead, Rianna was patient right away. She did not show any irritation or act like I was taking up too much time. She stayed polite, respectful, and attentive while we worked through everything, and she made sure I understood what was happening at each step. She took the time to handle each package carefully, and she did not cut corners or act careless just because there were so many items. That level of patience and attention makes a huge difference, especially when you are bringing in multiple packages and want to be sure everything is done correctly. What really stood out the most was how she handled the store data issues. The data in the store was terrible and it would not load, which made the process take longer than it should have.     The customer service was amazing! I like how every time I walk into this store, I am greeted, which is very rare these days. Ryan and his co-worker ( Malachi- not sure how to spell his name) were very helpful.
