  Every single time i go here the lady with the grey haired pony tale always has the snottiest attitude. She treats customers like they are stupid and she is argumentative, to the customers and the other staff. Geeze!! She damn near called me a lier.

  I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. The staff member who helped me was rude and dismissive,description of her (caucasian lady ,light brown hair,probably age 35-45 years) She is the notary, I came to notarize documents and the way I was spoken to was demeaning and unacceptable. I did not feel treated with basic respect. Her customer service was very unprofessional.She sounds like she hates her job. I would not recommend this store at all. UPS if you can contact me to give you more information would be amazing. Normal people with values and manners like me don’t deserve to be treated like this.

  Please spare yourself some trouble and avoid going to this UPS. They don't have very good customer service, and they will try and charge you extra fees they're not supposed to!

  I’ve been coming to this UPS for over 7 years. The employees have always been great and welcoming with a smile on their faces for all of those years. However, there’s a new female employee there (middle-aged Caucasian) who sounds like she hates her job. She was rude when I was waiting in line to return an Amazon package.
