- SSS SmithNov 12, 20251.0We ordered a Samsung refrigerator to be delivered October 2025. RXO from Union City was the company Samsung used for delivery and set up service in Sacramento. Save yourself a huge headache and buy from your local Lowe's who also offers delivery and set up for a few dollars more. This company scheduled our delivery on a day we needed to be at an event in another town 150 miles away. They don't care what your schedule is. We were told it is their company policy to NOT allow reschedules. We tried to work with them. We told them we would have to have delivery before noon. They said they would write that on the paperwork. When they didn't arrive by 12:15 I started calling them. About 2:30, after calling multiple times, they called back and said we were next, about 30 minutes out. Lies! By 4:30, we called a neighbor to come over to help so we could leave. We had already missed the first part of our event and were trying to make it to the second part. They showed up at 5:15 PM with a lame excuse of getting stuck at some air force base. Of course, except for the one phone call earlier in the day, they couldn't be bothered to communicate. When they arrived, without asking, the driver popped our glass sliding door out to bring the refrigerator in that way. Not only was the space not big enough (he didn't measure before taking the door out), he broke our glass sliding door in the process! We complained to the company within 24 hours, were told it would be elevated to the escalation team for handling, and have been waiting ever since for them to replace our door (About 4 weeks). When we call, we are given our case number and an apology for the delay. They have no ETA on the repair, and we are not ALLOWED to talk to a supervisor. We are going to have to get an attorney.
