- FAF ANov 19, 20252.0Recently I worked with a recruiter there who sent me out on an assignment that was supposed to be one month. Unfortunately my assignment was cut short by a week. I have a lot of computer knowledge and the other temporary who didn't have computer knowledge ended up having her assignment extended. When I reached out to the recruiter she just didnt some to care . To the day I still havent heard back. Recruiter told me this week she woukd confirm the dates and nothing. The job was supposed to be a long term position. I just cant believe how incompetent this person is. I put in a complaint already about the service. Not sure if it will do any good. There are few recruiters that are really good at Robert Half and the one that was assigned to me doesnt even reach the "really good" status. Bay area Robert Half offices were better than the ones here.
- TGTy GreeneJul 22, 20252.0Started looking for a job in 2023 it was a tough task, robert half made it worse. Had an interview with a recruiter we talked for about a hour he told me he would continue to look for open positions yet never sent me one. But they definitely offered me a couple two or three day temporary positions. Decided to take the positions to make some income they weren't that bad besides the Bar exam where the individual running it wouldn't even let me outside during my break… received a new recruiter after about a years time. He promised everything was going to be different and then nothing changed. I would never recommend Robert half for helping you find real work. It really doesnt work. Lucky for me i kept pursuing work and was able to find a good position for myself.
- ABApril BroadnaxOct 4, 20241.0The first time I went to Robert half they tried to offer me only jobs for $15 an hour mind you I’m a veteran that concurrently served in ROTC university level as well. I was a volunteer for the Red Cross and I have a scrum certification and I graduated university with honors, and this is the best that they can offer. I’m not sure which part pisses them off more of the fact that I was a black woman or the fact that I was better than them indeed.

They’re there to place candidates for positions but unfortunately they have no communication skills at all. I have previously used Robert Half Fremont office and the staff there were awesome but in this branch horrible people with zero skills. Don’t know waste your time and energy talking to them. Very unprofessional. Never return your calls or reply to emails.
