  Terrible agreement. READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Do not sign until you actually understand all the fees!! 3 year / 36 month agreement chock full of fees and penalties. You’ll be billed hundreds of dollars of “minimum monthly fees” if you don’t use their service. If you don’t like their service and happen to want to cancel, they will bill you for monthly fees and processing fees that is LEFT ON YOUR CONTRACT ALL AT ONCE!! If this company is legitimately good like some of these reviews claim, then WHY are they inclined to lock you in to a terrible contract full of fees and penalties? Bait and switch tactics. From a business owner to everyone…STAY AWAY!

  We have been using Rezku for several years now. I think the biggest features for me that I have enjoyed having for our employees is first, knowing that even when the Internet goes down, the system still works and allows us to process payments. We have had several times where this has happened and it’s great that everything still worked. Second, The gift card and loyalty feature is a big selling point for anyone looking for a great POS software. Before getting Rezku, we literally had to hand, write down and keep up with gift card information Or give people paper gift cards. The ability to sell these and load money onto an actual gift card helps separate you from the competition, especially with other local restaurants. This is also been a great way to grow our bottom line and help gain referrals when people who love eating here want to give a gift. There are also so many other great features such as ease of use and the ability to have pictures put into the system for each one of your main items. The ease of use for our staff And how to onboard them to use the software has been very simple and efficient. I would definitely recommend the software to anyone and I wish we would’ve had it once we first opened versus just going with square.

  Overpromise under deliver. The system has a nice interface, that's all there is. This company is not ethical, they changed the prices on us, increased our processing rates, tried to lock us down from leaving with unbelievable termination fees, on and on and on. In 15 years of restaurant businesses, I've gone through list of POS systems and this and one other have been the worst experience. They claimed they work with well known restaurants in the area to justify themselves but now I am not sure if these restaurants are paid to give them PR or there's a personal relationship because no one should be doing business with this unethical company. In this day and age, almost all POS systems have similar functions, but what's missing is the integrity of these companies. Never again will we give our business to a "all-in-one" provider whos. By the way, you cant even use your own payment provider! So you are really stuck. Stay far away!

  We have been using REZKU POS for over 7 years. It is very easy to learn, easy to modify menus, processing that is reasonable and very fast approvals. I can call support and generally get someone on the line within 2-3 rings. I also have contacted support by chat and they always answer my questions or call me back with a solution. We have used other well known POS systems in our 14 years in the restaurant business and this is by far the best, most robust POS we have used. When we upgrade our iPads they are always there to help get them setup and running.
