    I’ve been using Rezku for a little over a year and a half, and, in the over a decade I have owned and operated my business, I have never been happier with a POS system! The team at Rezku is incredibly kind and helpful and their support is top-notch. The system itself is easy to learn, simple to navigate, and super convenient to edit or update whenever I need to - I can even make quick changes on my phone! Everything just works smoothly. I highly recommend Rezku to anyone looking for a reliable, user-friendly, and well-supported point of sale system.

    They give you a short 5-minute demo, pressure you into signing a contract on the spot, and act very unprofessional. It’s clear they’re just trying to make a quick buck rather than actually providing a quality service.

    Scam company and unethical business practices. They completely misled me during the sales process. I was shown an 8-minute demo that made the product look simple and effective, and immediately after, they pressured me to sign an agreement without fully explaining the terms. After signing, they claimed I was locked into a three-year contract — something that was never disclosed upfront. The situation got worse when the owner personally called me, acting aggressively and even threatening me to remove my honest review. They then forced me to purchase $5,000 worth of products I didn’t need and are now attempting to charge me an outrageous $16,000 cancellation fee. This company’s tactics are deceptive, intimidating, and unethical. My company is currently taking legal action and preparing a lawsuit against them for fraud, coercion, and breach of fair business practices.

    I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. They initially promised that their team would provide a system suitable for my restaurant’s needs. However, as we reviewed the options, it became clear that they were not genuinely interested in understanding how my business operates. We never began working together, and they do not even have my payment information—yet they sent me an invoice for a $16,500 “termination fee.” This experience has raised serious concerns about their business practices.

    Extremely pleased. Technically support is excellent never wait more then a few seconds to get connected and all questions are answered quickly. Very glad we choose Rezku. POS is easy to learn and use making training of new personnel quick. Plan to be with them for many years we highly recommend for any business
