  The representative I spoke to on the phone actually tried to find ways to not help me opposed to finding ways he could. That was just shocking to me. Why are you in business? Then I got to the reviews. I should have gone there first. This place is garbage.

  I saw a job posting from PeopleReady saying that they were taking walk-in interviews. When I showed up to the office, the lady at the front desk told me that the people ready staff had called in sick and we’re not doing interviews. I feel it’s very unprofessional for a company to post walk-in interviews, and then not have any staff in office for the walk-in interviews. Also, the number posted on the Ad to call Griselda Rios is the wrong number. A woman picked up telling me that she’d been getting multiple calls about people ready but she has no idea what it is. Don’t drive to the office and waste your time like I did.

  Getting a job at PeopleReady works on a first come first serve basis. The problem is, that jobs are so few and far in between that people pick the jobs so fast it's ridiculous and dare I say unfair. I can imagine some people who sign up for PeopleReady, ready to work, never actually end up working or they give up entirely because they want to work but aren't fast enough to accept a job offer on the Job stack app. I love how the "work immediately" thing is, but the idea is Dead in the Water if everyone who WANTS TO WORK CAN'T GET WORK. It's a waste of time. There should be a matching system that designates jobs specifically for the candidates and they should have a set amount of time to choose before it goes to the next in line. Because right now, it's just unfair. The first come first serve way of getting jobs needs to be abolished for something that helps everyone!
