- BMBig MoeSep 26, 20251.0I observed one of your driver/associates dropping of documents at a local business in Natomas. Although I am an associate of this company, I will not mention the business by name. On this accession your employee had to check in with security personnel in order to receive a badge for clearance into the building. Once your employee (don't know his name but he was driving veh # 133), received his badge he was instructed by security personnel to put it on and to keep it visible at all times. Not hold it in his hand. I then overserved your associate refuse to comply with the instructions of the officer and proceed to enter a secured area of the building without wearing his badge properly. The officer had to make contact with him and remind him to display the badge properly as previously instructed. Your driver proceeded to become verbally combative while challenging the officer in front of other building personnel. Your associate eventually complied and displayed the badge in a proper fashion. The officer was never mean or disrespectful to your driver at anytime. Yet when he exited the building, he wouldn't even return a greeting when the officer invited him to "have a good morning!" So immature and unprofessional on your drivers part! I have also observed this same driver on several other occasions fail to acknowledge and completely ignore our officer when he is greeting when he enters our facility. If I could have given "zero" stars I would have. Your driver does not represent you well at all! He needs to do better!!!
