Soon after he helped that customer took the lady that came in after me because she went up to him. When I told him I was waiting in line but didnt listen to me and took care of the lady that went up to him. Right after that I was helped by the older gentleman. The person who helped me was super nice and informative. I give the gentlemen 5 star not the other rep.

Being ignored and having it closed is one things but the blatant disrespect she had to come all the way to the door, look at me, shrug her arms and then be like welp, I did my job and walk away. Was unnecessary. I didn’t get her name but hopefully this picture can help you guys find out who the employee was. Again it’s one thing for it just be closed, which she closed and locked the doors early. It’s another to go out of her way to come all the way to the door, and shrug at me and another customer wanting to drop off packages with labels already on them. If you look at your cameras around that 7:50-8pm window that’s when you’ll see her lock the door before the actual closing time and she came to the door around 7:55ish.
