I came in on a weekday morning and Roberta walked me through printing each of the pieces I needed, even adjusting size and printing samples so I could see how different papers looked before printing. When things weren’t looking quite right, she helped adjust files and was so helpful for the 45 minutes of time I took to get all the items ordered. I had gone to a local print shop and they were totally unhelpful and I wasn’t expecting much from fedex but they seriously went above and beyond and it felt like a custom printing experience - I totally recommend! My experience with this store generally has been that everyone is nice and willing but some are more experienced than others and able to help. Roberta was definitely awesome and went above and beyond!
