A special shout-out to Ally—she was amazing, super patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. There was also a very kind gentleman who assisted me as well (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name), but he was just as helpful and professional. Their teamwork and positive attitude truly stood out and made my visit a pleasant one. Highly recommend this store for excellent customer service!

I came here after getting passport photos at a nearby CVS, where they refused to show me the photo until after I paid. Looking at them now, the difference is like night and day. I was so disappointed after the CVS photos---shadows everywhere, double chin, odd angle, etc. The difference it makes to have your photo taken by someone who knows what they're doing!
