This store is in downtown, just blocks away from the court, which is a prime location for copy, mailing, and shipping services. I walked in and was told there is a surcharge of $2.50. This means you have to pay a privilege tax for using this service. I will be avoiding this store in the future. Better to have bills to make copies at the court for 25 cents, which does not charge a privilege tax like this store did.
