They never showed up with our purchase, nor did they alert us in any way that they weren't coming. Even though we got four texts about the delivery status of our purchase. then when we tried to call Costco about it, Costco basically wash their hands of us and told us we just had to call back the next day to schedule a time to deliver it. there's absolutely no effort on the part of Costco or CEVA to reschedule the delivery
