  No Call, No Email, No Show. I took the day off to make sure I was home all day to receive my TV I ordered from Sam's Club. Since the delivery window was from 8am to 8pm Wednesday, I would of been at work for a majority of the day and the order said someone 18 or older would need to sign off. Already waited 2 weeks for delivery. Well come 4:30pm I call the service number to get an update on the delivery status and the customer service rep could not tell me it would be delivered! "If you don't get a call by 7:30pm then call us back to reschedule a delivery time".....So I schedule a delivery 2 weeks out and still AIT can't meet this deadline? I'll make sure to never order from any companies using AIT for delivery service. Wasted my whole day for nothing waiting for a TV. Called the next day and they said they will deliver 2 days later. Received several confirmation text for a delivery window of 12pm to 4pm on Friday. Told my girlfriend to stick around the house thinking we were gonna finally get it deleivered. 4pm rolls around and I reach out to AIT. "Sorry looks like the delivery office closes at 2:30pm? not sure why the driver did not delive". Another day wasted without a heads up. Now i am gonna call Sams Club to cancel, rather go to another place that has the TV in stock then worry if they use AIT to deliver. Worst company I ever seen for shipping.

  Very bad place ,,Truck drivers don’t do delivery here,,,They very disrespectful and mean!!I wish I could give them 0 star

  Absolutely horrible experience with this company. No accountability for logistical errors on their part. Literally wasted weeks of shipping for my company to then tell me that they were no longer going to take my shipment because they didn't think I would give them any more business after the bad experience. Strongly discourage any business from using them.

  No words can explain how disappointing I am in AIT. They aren’t like any other carriers. They just partners with small business to do the work for them. Therefore you have to rely on those small carriers, but those small carriers don’t care. They care about saving time n money, even if you have to wait a week plus, they’ll wait Until you are in their route, if not be ready to wait for a long long time. AIT and similar companies will never beat UPS and Fedex freight. My package haven’t move in weeks. Everytime I talked to AIT, I kept getting lie too. It will arrive next week, when I call a week later, they said it will arrive next week. And so on! But it isn’t AIT fault fully, it’s the small carriers they pay to work for them. Not sure why AIT just can’t deliver all the stuff themselves instead finding all the baby carries to work for them. They don’t care about you AIT, they care about themselves.
