I went in to pick up a UPS order that clearly said the package was at Staples San Bruno for pickup. 40 wasted minutes later I found myself following instructions from employees that clearly have no idea where the UPS pickup is despite two signs that clearly said UPS pickup. In Fact, one of the employees told me to go to the UPS store, and I had to correct him and remind him we are at the pick up location. Manager was completely rude and refused to serve me after I got upset when I nobody knew how to process my pickup or where to even go. Employees don't know how to work the system. Don't waste your time and come to this store, staff is immature and rude!
