The absolute rudest USPS I have ever been to. I didn't catch the guys name, but judging from the other responses I'm thinking Jesse is a safe bet. He was insanely rude and condescending. I try to support USPS over FedEx/UPS because they provide a critical service, but y'all need to do better. This station has always been insanely rude.

WORST experience of my life. I went for the first time to get my information processed for my passport and know nothing about the process. Clerk #9, Jesse or Jessie, however you spell it was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would ask questions and he would answer my questions in the absolute rudest way possible. “That’s whY I sAiD x” or “How ShOUlD I KnOw?” Has ZERO customer service manners. I read another review that said a similar thing and it’s unfortunate to hear that this guy chooses to have a bad attitude everyday. Most uncomfortable and ridiculous experience of my life. Clearly whoever hired him has zero standards for employees given how horrible of an attitude he has and how he acts. I didn’t know that they keep the birth certificates so I asked for it back and since they keep it for my passport I said that’s fine. But when I asked for a copy he didn’t say “Yeah sure no problem! A copy is a dollar.” He responded WITH an attitude and said “ThAt’S gOinG tO bE a DoLlAr” ANY question that arose an attitude was present. As if he thought he was going to process my information without me having questions. Hire better people. Do better. This guy should be fired immediately. Left crying. Thanks for the garbage experience. 😃 in addition this guy was playing his own personal music and it felt more like a living room than a professional establishment. I’ve never been to a post office that allows their employees to play their own person music, rap music. I love rap music but I don’t play it at my job when I’m supposed to be working with customers.

This was the nearest office to us where we could get a passport appointment that would work. It ended up taking us longer to drive there than anticipated and we missed our appointment. The woman at the counter took us anyway and processed our application. She could easily (and rightfully!) have turned us away, but she had an opening and chose to help us. Super appreciative that we had not driven over an hour for nothing! Thank you, Zoe!!
