I waited in line and reached the counter to drop off prepaid packages. The clerk refused to scan all of my prepaid packages, stating that this location could only scan three packages and could only provide receipts for three, because they were “too busy.” The remaining prepaid packages were accepted but not scanned for acceptance, which creates serious issues for business shippers who rely on acceptance scans as proof of shipment. Refusing to scan prepaid packages due to workload is not an acceptable practice and transfers unnecessary risk to customers.

Disappointing experience due to staff attitude rather than the mailing process itself. I visited this USPS location around 1:15 PM to mail a domestic package. When I asked where to write the address, the clerk told me to write it directly on the box. Since the box was taped over, a pen wouldn’t write properly, so I used a blank label at the counter. The clerk then came back and said, “I did not say you can write on this label. It’s for international, not domestic,” along with an eye roll. She then directed me to a different label that costs $0.99, without having explained this clearly beforehand. I don’t mind paying for a label. What bothered me was the lack of clear instruction and the dismissive, unprofessional tone. At other USPS locations, staff usually input the address into the system and simply ask customers to confirm. Clear communication and basic courtesy would have made this a non-issue.

I walked in at 12:06pm today, there was no customers at all, there were 2 employees there chatting with each other, no greeting at all. one name Anna the other is Judy. I stood in front of the counter for the whole minute, They just totally ignored me and kept talking to each other that is nothing related to the work. Finally Anna looked at me and told me, Go and wait behind that line and we will call you! With bad attitude. I just don’t understand what kind of customer service there provided, and right now I’m sitting in my care right outside of this post office. Very angry! I just googled this location and found the rating is only 2.5, now wonder it’s only 2.5, I would give rate 0 star if google allow me. Terrible experience. Folks go somewhere else, avoid this one!
