  Absolutely baffling lack of simple customer service. Called to confirm notary services and mentioned I would be there in 10 minutes to which I was greeted with “see you soon.” Made it in 8 minutes and the notary “had to take lunch so you can try one of our other stores.”

  Despite boxing up my Amazon return in a plain shipping box, taping it, and presenting my QR code, this location would not accept my return. She instructed me to purchase one of their boxes, and when I refused, she refused to accept my return as she could not “guarantee the quality of my box.” Do not do Amazon returns here! It feels like a money-making scam.

  Cassie! I came here to do an Amazon return. Sadly my items didn’t fit in one box. When I looked at her with a sad look on my face she responded “I got you”. She created a three tiered box form smaller boxes and all my items were able to fit. Her personality, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond really came thru. Thank you Cassie
