- OGOlyvya GencurDec 26, 20251.0I went there to print. They charged $3 per attachment, not per email, plus 30 cents per page (black and white). I was overcharged; it's like being robbed. Since I needed it, I had to spend $44 just to print my things there.If I can give no star I would. I went to other ups store before and they didn't charge this much. Ridiculous!!

They wouldn’t look at my phone which had the required scan info. One time The item was packaged with proper label, they wanted me to unpackaged it. It’s been the same person each time.

I called this store and the employees were able to get my item off of the truck before it left and then give me a full refund. They went above and beyond for me. I was very impressed with their customer service and I will be using them exclusively. I was helped by a woman named Turquoise.
