  It’s always a great experience coming to a place where you feel welcomed and taken care of. I love this UPS Store! I typically use them for international shipping, but today I tried their notary services and was impressed by how quick and easy it was. Jordyn was amazing—so helpful and kind!

  This is my favorite UPS store. The employees are exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and attentive. I always leave their business wearing a smile. Their location is so convenient and very clean. I am grateful for their employees, especially Douglas. He always goes above and beyond! Thank you, E. Roseville Parkway UPS store!

They are incredibly knowledgeable about shipping options, helping me find the most cost-effective way to get my package delivered safely and on time. Beyond just shipping, this location is a fantastic resource for printing and document services. The quality of the prints is sharp, and the staff is more than happy to help with formatting or choosing the right paper stock for a project. It is rare to find a service center that balances speed with genuine helpfulness, but the Roseville team nails it. Whether you are dropping off a quick return or need complex packing assistance for fragile items, this is the place to go. Highly recommended for anyone in the Placer County area! Lacey helped us at the counter and she was awesome

  Fantastic service from Myles and Lacey!!! I will start there i has a huge baby trailer to return to Amazon, oh my goodness this thing wouldn't fit even in a extra large box from Home Depot, Myles made it work, took the wheels off got it in, was very last day to return, this thing was a headache and wouldn't turn lol but thank you both so much for going above and beyond!!! Lacey you are a sweet girl, and Myles very awesome at problem solving, you are a great team!!! They made my stressful day not anymore! Thank you !! :)
