- OGOlyvya GencurDec 26, 20251.0I went there to print. They charged $3 per attachment, not per email, plus 30 cents per page (black and white). I was overcharged; it's like being robbed. Since I needed it, I had to spend $44 just to print my things there.If I can give no star I would. I went to other ups store before and they didn't charge this much. Ridiculous!!

She was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Her and the other female store employee were helpful, friendly and efficient for every customer that came in while we were there. This store is a very busy location so quite a few customers came in while we were being helped. We will be using this UPS store from now on, because of their outstanding customer service.

They wouldn’t look at my phone which had the required scan info. One time The item was packaged with proper label, they wanted me to unpackaged it. It’s been the same person each time.
