    I received a BOT AI Response from the UPS STORE. As always, no real person from the establishment monitors these reviews. To ask to tell more information, after this extensive review, is neglective of my business with UPS Store. I have been a UPS business customer for over 25 years and have used many UPS Stores nationwide. While my experiences over the years have ranged from good to not so good, I have never been treated as poorly as I was at this location. I went into the store to ship a large box, and at first, I tried to complete the shipment directly with the store’s staff. However, Nathan, the employee at the counter, told me he could not assist me with the shipping process. Because of that, I called UPS Customer Service while still in the store to get clarification on the “One Rate” shipping procedure. As I was on the phone, I asked Nathan where he preferred that I place the large box, since it was on his counter and he kept moving it from place to place. Instead of helping, he became increasingly impatient and then, in front of several customers, raised his voice and told me to “leave the store.” When I tried to explain that I was on the phone with UPS, he repeated, “I can’t help you — LEAVE!” His tone and behavior were rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. This was embarrassing and disrespectful, especially toward a 65-year-old business owner who was simply trying to ship a package. There are professional ways to communicate with customers — shouting at them in front of others is not one of them. Nathan’s behavior made everyone in the store visibly uncomfortable. On a positive note, I would like to recognize the other young woman working with Nathan, who mentioned she was from Laos. She was kind, courteous, and respectful, and I truly appreciated her demeanor and professionalism. She represents UPS well and deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. This store may be in a convenient location, but customer service needs serious improvement. I hope UPS management reviews this incident carefully — I will also be including a photo of the situation so that it is clear which employee I am referring to. Long-time customers like myself should be treated with respect and courtesy, not hostility.
