    I used to go to this UPS store all the time. However, some of my packages were not getting returned. More recently I needed to return to sender my child’s iPad and another item. I packaged both items, and printed out the labels. The employee mixed up the return labels and the items were returned to the wrong location. It’s been a headache to sort out, and now I am out a lot of money. It seems like the employees want to work quickly and are easily confused.

    Went in to ship a package to my daughter at college on Friday, 8/29. They first tried to charge me $58 for USPS flat rate priority (yes I know its UPS, but they claim to service USPS priority and provide flat rate boxes). This should be $21.05, but apparently they charge $37 fee in addition to the flat rate. When I said no they told me I could do UPS ground and my package would arrive on Tuesday. I agreed and paid $26.20 to ship the box. Got home and went to send my daughter her tracking number realizing the expected delivery date was not Tuesday as they had stated. The expected delivery date was Monday, Sept 8 and was already marked as delayed to Wed., Sept. 10. Not sure why a package costing $26.20 should take 12 days to ship or why the store associate said Tuesday, but I will never ship with them again. We will see if it even arrives.
