Every time I visit, they automatically offer the most expensive shipping option unless you specifically ask for cheaper alternatives. If you don’t question the price, you end up paying much more than necessary. Customers should be given all available options upfront, not just the highest-priced one. In addition, the communication is very poor. It’s often difficult to understand the staff, and they are not clear when explaining pricing or services. This makes the whole process frustrating and uncomfortable

I told them I just wanted it to be mailed first class. First, I was told it would be over $16 and then when I challenged the method to be mailed it went down to $6 and eventually was charged $5. I believe it would have been less to have mailed it at the Post Office. I chalked it up as paying for convenience, but from now on I will go to the Post Office to mail items. Update, I mailed an identical envelope at the Roseville Post Office and it cost $2.17 for First Class mailing.
