  I got the impression they charge whatever they want to for mailing USPS. Took an 8" x 8" flat envelope there to be mailed. I told them I just wanted it to be mailed first class. First, I was told it would be over $16 and then when I challenged the method to be mailed it went down to $6 and eventually was charged $5. I believe it would have been less to have mailed it at the Post Office. I chalked it up as paying for convenience, but from now on I will go to the Post Office to mail items. Update, I mailed an identical envelope at the Roseville Post Office and it cost $2.17 for First Class mailing.

  Advertised as a FREE Amazon return, but I was charged $2.18 for tape just to seal the box. I was not asking for packing services — only a drop-off. Penalizing customers for not having tape on hand, especially when returning damaged items, is poor customer service. This feels like exploiting a policy loophole rather than helping customers.

  This ups tried to charge me 168$ to ship a package before Christmas when I said I didn’t want to do that one he had me go to pay and it was gonna charge me the 168. Easy mistake right, maybeeeee but then I asked for the other option 32$ he said it wouldn’t be there till the Friday after the Friday after Christmas I’m like oh well that’s just when it’ll be there. Nope it’s gonna arrive on the 23rd two days before Christmas then I go to just ship a letter right just one piece of paper, tried to say it’s over 20$ I’m like uh for a piece of paper I’m okay no thank you and he was like well there’s a 14$ option, I also led for this one with I don’t care if it takes a long time or anything it’s to a car dealership and i don’t care about a car dealership then I say I’m not gonna ship it with them and look up pricing it’s like 2$ when I look online so I mention that and thennnnn he says oh you wanna do that option that’s okay so I end up just doing that cuz I don’t feel like going anywhere else but dang lil scammers in there
