He was very helpful with assisting the entire process for applying for the TSA application. Second I wanted to Thank Kenton at the Print department. He was alone assisting a long line of customers. He was very impressive in MULTI TASKING and assisting everyone at the same time. I am not sure how he was able to do that and at the same time he was very happy and smiling while assisting everyone at the same time. I would also like to Thank the cashier - Bruce as well for his support. And not to forget the manager - Kelly who took time to listen to my Thank You notes to his employees! I was in a difficult situation with shipping an odd size parcel that didn't fit in any of the boxes available for sale. She was very creative and super helpful, in 3 minutes my parcel was sent exactly the way I wanted. She is assertive and professional and even though everyone else at this store is nice, I think that some employees would benefit from shadowing her for half a day to learn excellent customer service skills and how to think outside the box. Thank you Megan !
