I was in a difficult situation with shipping an odd size parcel that didn't fit in any of the boxes available for sale. She was very creative and super helpful, in 3 minutes my parcel was sent exactly the way I wanted. She is assertive and professional and even though everyone else at this store is nice, I think that some employees would benefit from shadowing her for half a day to learn excellent customer service skills and how to think outside the box. Colors are true and vibrant. Very pleased with all 3 years of work. Pricing is reasonable. Pickup service was fast and easy. I pre-paid, so it was just pick up, do a quick visual, give a compliment and go.
