I have spent 4k a month for a year. I begged for any kind of transparency on their actual ad budget and was told giving me any number would be “sharing their strategy to competitors”… I guarantee they have never spent over 1k of the 4k I spent. Every single months they would claim an absurd number of patients including family and friends of mine! We also had spent over 50k on their full arch to not get a single case. After blaming our team extensively (our office does over 2M and has been doing full mouth cases for 40 years) we saw that most of our “leads” were not qualified and a waste of time and I am quoting their Full arch “specialist”. She still reached out to me months later on Linkedin to see If I wanted to try again… This company is the biggest mistake I have made as a practice owner. We now have a marketing company who shares their budget (what a concept!) and have had TWICE the number of NPs spending LESS!

In the beginning, they were very communicative and seemed to care quite a bit about the success of the office. Somewhere along the way, everything changed. Lack of leads that were promised, mistakes in billing, promises of credits being applied in the future that actually never get applied, lack of communication, and false promises have made me go in a different direction.
