- KHK HJan 12, 20262.0Customer service isn't the strong suit. I walked into the store, and there were 4 registers with 1 customer in front of each of the 2 closest to the door, 2 customers in front of the 3rd, and 1 customer in front of the 4th. I walk over to line #4 just as that customer is finished. The associate there asks the person in line #3 to step over. Still 1 customer in the other 3 lines. That customer didn't need help with package shipping - she needed self service copier help, which is where Associate #4 went for the next 20 minutes. Meanwhile, Customer #1 finished and the associate walked into the back of the store. Then customer #2 finished, and that associate walked away too. Customer #3 is having a hard time, and more people are coming in and getting in line behind me. By now there are 5 people in line behind me. Finally Associate #4 finishes up with the self service copier person just as another customer walks in. He walks over to see what she needs even though there are now at least 6 people in his line. Luckily, she didn't need help and he finally returned to his register just as another associate came to another register. A suggestion: If you aren't going to take the next person in line, put in some ropes and posts to create 1 line.

This FedEx center staff has no heart, they forced me to pay for poster board and then trashed the product I paid for!!! It was so wrong what they did to me, they robbed me and gave me nothing for my money. I hate this place, I just needed a poster for my school project.
