Don't ever rely on their photo services for infants. They don't know how to take photos for infants. They try for few mins and redirect you to a digital photo shop. 2. The lady that handles the passport applications isn't that friendly. She makes you feel like she's doing you a favor. Because of lack of transparency I missed my appointment today. Had to bring my 2 week old infant in this scorching heat and get nothing in return. Ridiculous service by that lady.

We brought in 10 packages, fully prepared and ready to ship, but the staff refused to accept them without any clear or reasonable explanation. It honestly felt like they just didn’t want to deal with the workload. The supervisor, Jennie, was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of assisting or offering a solution, she showed no interest in doing her job or supporting customers. We made the effort to prepare everything properly, only to be turned away for no valid reason. This is extremely unprofessional and a waste of time. Avoid this location if you can.

- ILivan liMar 16, 20261.0The service attitude was extremely poor and the waiting time was very long. The staff were unfriendly and lacked basic respect and patience toward customers. In particular, the female manager showed clear impatience and discriminatory behavior toward customers who do not speak English well, which made the experience very uncomfortable. I hope the management will take this issue seriously and improve the service attitude to treat every customer with respect.
