  I’ve never been to a UPS store, until now, where two employees standing around joking with another customer, told me to package my own Amazon return. They apparently have a side kiosk where you can scan your Amazon code and put your return into a bag, then into their collection bin. While that could be convenient if the store was actually busy, both readily available employees were chit chatting and elected not to help me.

  called for help and a question about tracking issues with my package (as a reciever), guy on the phone was rude and has zero customer service skills

  Winnie was amazing, and I greatly appreciated her help. I went in the store around closing time, but she was still very friendly and patient. I walked into the space extremely stressed and rushed, but her kind and calm demeanor let me know I was in god hands. She took me through all my needed steps, and was still patient with my questions. She remained in a friendly mood even though I had two items, it was around closing time, and a line was still building behind me and she was the only one working. Despite all the stress, I was able to get my two different items/requests taken care of extremely quickly, due to her efficiency and knowledge of the processes. She single-handedly was the best part of the whole experience and I greatly appreciated her help.
