Dedicated, professional, and extremely hardworking staff at this post office. I have had a postal box here for over ten years. During that time, they have never lost or misled a piece of mail of mine. Invariably, friendly folk in that office. If there is a negative it would be that they have consistently been understaffed. Also, there is inadequate parking. Still, I love this office and it's staff.

Major changes are required for your passport processing clerk. Maria is extremely condescending, I waited behind very old gentleman who required patience and assistance. She scribbled all over his application making him do it all over again. The way she speaks with a tone that is alarming for a customer service representative. She also wrote all over my application I paid for with my money . Then she proceeded to make me rewrite my application about ten 10 using up company resources. She then walked away to the back and stood back there watching me wasting my time through the curtains. Customers inline also voiced their opinion that Maria was simply rude. She tried to reschedule my appointment because she lacks patience and would benefit from training focused on emotional intelligence, respectful communication, and self-awareness.
