- TOTeam OrensteinApr 15, 20261.0I go to ups store for time efficiency. It’s supposed to be faster than the post office. I visited store 5534 to pay for taxes and return Amazon packages. The manager was training a store employee how to charge for metered mail with tracking. That’s okay. I understand new employees must be trained. In the meantime I was hoping to finish my Amazon returns with an employee next to the manager and new employee. I wanted to get in and out of the store as fast as possible. He just sat there on his phone. I asked if he could help me with my Amazon returns. He said I needed to wait for the 2 meter mail with tracking employee to finish. He was just standing there doing nothing and refused to help me. I will not visit this store even if it is closer to home because of the employees refusal to help me

- MMM MDec 16, 20251.0WARNING!!!!: THIS LOCATION IS ACTIVELY REFUSING ALL AMAZON RETURNS IN THEIR ORIGINAL BOXES SO THEY CAN UP CHARGE AND SELL MORE PACKAGING. Unhelpful employees, refusing Amazon returns they take at every other UPS location. She claims Amazon needs to “resell them” is she an Amazon representative? Train your employees they are awful. Better off going literally anywhere else for your return. Any other UPS location will gladly take your returns.

Adriana always has a welcoming smile and attitude that makes the whole experience bearable. The store manager always greets me and the other customers as well soon as I step in the store. I’m not very good with remembering names, might be Mike? But he’s big and good at his job. I will make a note on the people who have been above and beyond their duties.
