  I received a package for someone else and brought it here. A person at the UPS customer service line was confused and had told me to bring the package to the closest UPS store. However, it is apparently a policy NOT to help re-route a mis-delivered package via the UPS store. When I had called the 800 number, they put me on hold for a long time, as if they are never asked about this situation, and finally, they said the best they could do was to schedule a pick up, leaving the package outside indefinitely, or (they incorrectly said), I could take it to a UPS store. As I was walking out of the store, the UPS person at the 800 number called back and said I could NOT bring it to a UPS store. They said the package would just end up with me again, since it had my (the wrong) address, on it.

  Poor Experience and Overcharge at UPS Store – Passport Photo Service I recently visited your UPS Store to get passport photos taken. I clearly provided the exact photo dimensions required for my passport. However, the photos printed by the teller did not match the size of my current passport photos. When I mentioned this, she offered to reprint them based on the passport’s country specifications — but the new prints were the exact same size again. At that point, I assumed perhaps the new passport dimensions had changed. However, despite me giving the correct measurements from the start and not making any mistakes, the teller charged me twice, totaling approx $60 instead of approx $30. She became hostile and demanding when I questioned the charge, insisting I pay immediately. Her attitude was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and mistreated, especially after showing my state of original passport. I have already tried contacting the store to resolve this, but no solution has been offered. I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled — not only was I overcharged, but the experience felt discriminatory and disrespectful. It’s sad to see this level of customer service from a UPS location.

  Do not bring your Amazon packages here. If you need to tape the top shut they charge $2 per box. Amazon pays them to take there stuff so this is ridiculous!

  Today I was in arrived 5:50 pm at store, Kelsey printed me 2 paper and he had been charging $3.87 but I told him I just paid before 3 times 2 paper print for $0.87 he said me “you don’t need to pay go out from here “ he should supposed to be Nicely explain about charges but he didn’t and around 6 pm he said me “ go out from the store we are closed 6 pm I’m going to call the police “ i never seen before like that it was terrible &bitter experience my whole life ,what’s a rude guy how to quality customer service job???
