  Tim and Carmen are the best! Tim has helped me several times notarizing documents. He is always knowledgeable and so patient. Carmen also always goes the extra mile as well. She has helped me package my shipments so nicely and is always so friendly to me and my kids! Definitely the best UPS around!!

  I went in this morning just as I always do to return several Amazon packages. I’ve been going to this store for months as it’s been the best experience with all staff but today I didn’t even finish. The woman that was “helping” me was so rude. The worker was so rude and no patience. I was just trying to load up the return codes for my returns there was literally no line and she just kept pressuring as if I was holding up the line. I asked her if she was busy I could just leave. Then she responded with can’t you see I’m not busy at all I have time I just don’t like the line getting backed up which I totally understand but there was no one and it is not my fault the codes were not loading. I had already processed the items to return them I just couldn’t load them up. Personally as someone who has worked in customer service for over 10 years and now even as a case worker in social service I always am so patient people and this just seemed ridiculous at how impatient someone who admitted to not being busy acted. I understand people get upset and x y z over lines I’ve been in those long lines but unfortunately mean customers show up. I was not one of them until she started acting this way. Such a horrible experience and the attitude she responded with was terrible as well I was so shocked. I’m in situation. Far worse daily and would never ever act this way over something out of someone’s control especially being that I had nothing else and even a second register to take care of the incoming traffic which was max 2-3 people that came in. For context it was the lady with a hair clip and from previous reviews this isn’t her first complaint of the rude Asian lady. She didn’t even say hi all she said right when I entered in a snarky voice have you ever returned Amazon packages before.
