Not only did she patiently walk me through the process and make sure everything came out perfectly, she did it with such genuine kindness and care. When I was feeling overwhelmed, she looked me in the eye, reminded me to breathe, even offered me water, and spoke to me like a real human being, not just another transaction. That kind of compassion is rare, and it turned a stressful situation into one of the most positive customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We weren't trying to change the route we weren't trying to do any of those things..We live rural and FedEx has on many occasion left our packages with a person up the street. We never get reimbursed and we never get our product.. I will never do business with FedEx again.
