I used to have a family member drop off packages, emphasized key words used to. The male worker is rude and constantly questioning why dropping off so many prepaid packages because of the return address? Hard time to get a hold of a manager to resolve a package damage issue. But at least it is organized and well stocked with supplies.

Terrible customer service. I paid for a package to be held at the Rodeo post office ( via the usps website) but when it arrived there they shipped it off. When I explained the situation and showed my confirmation email from the USPS they said that they don’t use email. No attempts were made to figure out what happened nor was an apology was given.

So tired of receiving my neighbor's mail (this is not the people next door, I am talking about houses two blocks away down the street). Today got someone's who is clear across town. My carrier shouldn't even have had it in his trays. Tried to call to confirm I can just hang this letter on my mailbox and it will eventually be delivered to the appropriate house. Can you believe the wait time was over 45 minutes. This is ridiculous!
