The male worker is rude and constantly questioning why dropping off so many prepaid packages because of the return address? Hard time to get a hold of a manager to resolve a package damage issue. But at least it is organized and well stocked with supplies.

- AKAsif KhanApr 28, 20221.0We waited a month for our passport appointment and when we went in they had technical difficulties so they told us to go to Hercules where we found out they don’t do passports and told us to go to Pinole where they told us that since the appointment is for Rodeo they can’t accommodate us. Very poor service as always. USPS should be ashamed for being so disorganized.

I took time off of work to get there at 1:45 and the lady simply said, "I have to leave to get mail and cannot take your application". They should revise their website to say "walk-ins available when we feel like working".
