- TNTashi NacarioNov 8, 20255.0I wanted to be sure to leave a review for the Rocklin Post Office because they were really helpful in straightening out some mail forwarding issues we had with the local UPS store. We were able to get our mail put on a vacation hold which made things easier with picking up our mail. They then were able to forward our mail to our new address without any issue. Overall, really appreciated the customer service.
- SSSWOct 25, 20251.0I have been frequenting this post office for a week to sell second-hand goods because I am moving. The staff here are in general very nice, except for one female employee with dark brown curly hair and glasses. She refused to provide me with any assistance, not even helping me put my label into one of those adhesive sealing pouches and stick it on the box. She told me she 'didn't want to take responsibility' and insisted that I could buy their tape. I had to go all the way home just to get tape. In contrast, another female employee I met before was always happy to help me with this. Because of her, I had to run to the post office three times in a single day just to mail one package. Her attitude was extremely poor, and she offered no apology.

Staff called within 45 minutes of me requesting to schedule pickup for 5 days later; asked me if they stayed open if I would come pick up then so didn’t have to wait! Very nice of them to do this and certainly not expected! Thank you very much!
