    My first & only negative review, but I feel it’s imperative the Owner knows who they have employed. Before leaving this review, I’ve gone back a dozen times hoping the clerk was having an “off day.” Unfortunately it seems her nasty, hostile personality is a daily occurrence. I’m referring to the older woman, slightly heavy, long, slightly grayish hair with tattooed eyebrows. She goes out of her way to make your visit unpleasant. From dropping off packages, to shipping items, to faxing services. She’ll slam your items on counter, speak hostile and rude, the last time I went to fax an item, she read loudly in front of a line of customers who I was faxing to ( a government agency), stated how “ horrible “ they are and I should expect to wait “hours” for a confirmation sheet, I explained it wasn’t necessary to break my confidentiality whom I was faxing to & would wait. I waited patiently for 20 mins. Confirmation sheets did come through but she said that weren’t mine. I explained I would go shop & return in an hour. Upon my return, she told me immediately “ your confirmation sheet hasn’t come through”. I asked for a refund as I would go to FedEx instead. I’ve never had an issue there. As soon as I said that, she immediately grabbed a sheet off the fax machine and stated “Oh! Here it is”. I checked the time it was faxed the time it was completed. A total of 4 minutes, This employee is so miserable, she goes out of her way to try to cause disorder and discomfort. I’ve let my family and friends know not to frequent this store. I hope management takes action,

    Came by to ship off an item and the store was closed. It was almost 10 am. No sign that they would be closed.

    I rarely leave reviews, but the experience I just had at the Rocklin UPS Store deserves to be called out. I brought several unboxed gifts to this location to ship to two different people, one in Benicia and one in Fremont. The store packed everything themselves using the boxes and packing materials I purchased there and even charged me packing service fees. The total was $66.35 including $38 for shipping and about $28 for boxes, packing materials, and the packing service. Despite all that, they mixed up the items and sent the wrong gifts to the wrong recipients. Some of the Benicia items ended up in the Fremont box and vice versa. When I called to ask for a refund, they blamed me and claimed the items “came prepackaged.” That makes no sense because I stood right there and watched them take everything from me unboxed. The receipt clearly shows I bought the boxes, the packing materials, and paid them for packing service. They even charged me for packing service twice. So clearly they packed it. And clearly they packed it wrong. When I asked for the owner’s information, they refused to provide it. When I asked for the owner to call me, I was told they wouldn’t. The attitude was basically: “Sorry, you’re not getting a refund,” even though the mistake was entirely theirs. This was honestly horrible service from start to finish. Between the mistake, the blaming, the refusal to take responsibility, and the refusal to connect me with the owner, this place has lost my business completely. I’ll be attaching my receipt so people can see exactly what I was charged for.

    The reason for this rating is there was only one staff member on duty handling a complicated order. The poor gal had about 8 customers waiting. I used the self service option and was out in a flash.
