- CCChris CamaraJan 27, 20265.0I stopped by this location today around 12:35 PM with two shipments in bags that I couldn't ship as-is. I originally intended to just purchase boxes there and then go to USPS to mail them, but I have to give a huge shout-out to Rick, who turned what could have been a hassle into a breeze. Rick was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He boxed my items for me quickly and efficiently, ensuring they were packed safely and sized perfectly so I wouldn't overpay. He saved me a trip to the Post Office (which would have taken at least another 45 minutes) by explaining that FedEx was actually very affordable and would get the packages there sooner than USPS. I was fully packed, processed, and out the door in under 15 minutes with a receipt and tracking numbers for my family. If you need shipping help in Rocklin, go see Rick. I highly recommend him!
- RMRick MJan 1, 20261.0In my opinion continuous terrible customer service at this location from annoying comments about packaging not done to their satisfaction (packaging was fine and arrived good) to returning items from TikTok shop that requires no box according to TikTok - they made us purchase a box - the return specifically says no box required - another option says you can return with a my own box (we didn’t pick that option) - they just are very dismissive. Probably not coming back if I don’t have to.
