- LCLandon CMar 28, 20261.0I’m always in there and get helped out by the awesome lady in there. Saturday morning I show up to deliver a package as normal and I always get great service and they help me with labels and the addresses etc. this is my first time shipping out Saturday morning. So this is a staff I never seen before. The lady with the black and red hair needs to be fired immediately. I’m from Kansas and a disabled veteran and I have never had someone treat me like I was less of a human over a label. She was rude to all the customers and you can tell she didn’t want to be there. I rarely ever write reviews but she made some remarks and some racist remarks as well and just refused to help me and shoved me off and yelled next in line. I don’t usually do this but I have a lot of time on my hands and I don’t tolerate her behavior so I will make sure this goes as high as it possibly can. So lady with the black and red braids, I truly hope your employment ceases because I am going to make this post public if the company doesn’t respond to me by mid week. And I have a HUGE social media following that I use for good but I can use to also make it to where this woman doesn’t ruin anyone else’s day again while being paid for it. Also, I want able to get my package sent out so just went to fedex without DEI hires.
