- JMJohn MarshMar 26, 20261.0Man talk about a terrible place. Bad attitude, little patience, outrageous pricing. I was in a rush and needed my label printed, $4 for a piece of paper.. You should probably tell people before doing the service, and have a better attitude while you’re at it. Stopped in quick to drop off a package, wouldn’t go back. Go to the location off of Magnolia, better people, nicer store, better pricing.
- MMMarlene MunozMar 16, 20265.0I’ve been meaning to write a review on the cashier/ and front desk for ups her name is (Precious) I recently visited again and once again as always, she is so very helpful kind and great customer service. There was a time that I needed several important documents printed and there was an issue on how I downloaded the file, she politely explained how to convert it and she had quite a long line, but she handled everything very professionally and kept checking on me and during the meanwhile she still tended to the customers in line. She was so patient and did not rush me or give me the (hurry up) impression. I was so appreciative of her outstanding customer service! This is the reason us customers come back. We need more cashiers and employees like this! This is a great representation of this ups location. So to the store owner , thank you for hiring her (Ms precious)
- TGThomas GerstheimerJan 25, 20261.0THEY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR A SCHEDULED/CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT. I had a notary appointment scheduled on their website for 10:00am on Saturday morning. I received a confirmation number, reminder email the day before, and everything was set. When I arrived they were not there and the store is not even open on Saturdays. Terrible service.
