  Enjoyed the ease of ordering and picking up my purchase. Customer service was first class in the store.

  Was there waiting patiently to return 4 items to Amazon and the asian man working that day was inpatient because it took me 5 second to get my second barcode to scan my second return he told me that i would have to wait because i took a long time to give him my barcode 5 seconds was to long he was ridiculous i told him that i waited for my turn and he had to be patient and wait he said that i did not have my code for him to scan he was multitask because it look like he was doing a 2 men job he was Working cashier and doing Amazon at the same time i think thats why he was treating me the way he did inpatient under pressure he dosent have the ability to multitask and then he wants to let it out with customers and to top it off I ask for the manager and she was not professional for not knowing how to approach and be helpful to the costumer right away took the employee side and made me feel like i was wrong felt like i didn't belong at that store very unprofessional i told her i had 4 items to return a her employee was not patient and wanted to make me wait and take care of other costumers because it took me 5 seconds to get my qr code she right away said that i needed to have my code ready i told her that i have 4 items so he had to wait until i could upload the codes wich took me 5 seconds wow thats what made me upset i wont return neither to buy ink or any school materials when management could've resolve the situation professionally she needs to step down and go back to training and watch some videos and how to resolve easy situations between employee and a costumer

  The customer service at this Staples is absolutely amazing. My mother recently passed away, and the obituaries we ordered were delayed with FedEx and were not going to arrive in time for her service. In a panic, we called this store to see if they could help. Matthew, the manager, immediately stepped in and even kept the store open after hours to help us. Nicole worked her magic to make sure the programs looked right and stayed late to finish them. Because of their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, we were able to properly honor my mother at her service. In such a difficult moment for our family, their compassion meant everything. Staples is lucky to have employees like Matthew and Nicole. I will definitely continue to patronize this store.

  25mins to store closing and they dont want to print photos. Won't recommend this store at all
