I had the best experience at this post office with the clerk named Mayra. She was very polite and helpful, she even gave me a free envelope to ship a book as long as I did a review. I think that’s a fair trade thank you Mayra for all your help! The only complaint I have with this post office is opening time instead of 10am they should open at least at 9am to help customers.

I always have a bad or mediocre experience at the post office at different locations, but this time I had a wonderful experience with Myra Ochaua, she was very gracious, kind, and helpful, I was very pleased and impresses with her attentiveness, I wish the others would be as kind as she is.

What are the workers doing here?! Only one counter open and a line of people out the door! Was there waiting for 20min but not a single other worker came to the front to take care of the line. Ended up just leaving and didn’t get what I wanted to get done. Do your JOB!

My community has cluster mailboxes and one tenant’s mailbox keyhole was damaged. I went to the post office to request a lock change. The Asian clerk assisting me appeared to be in a hurry as I tried to explain what I needed.
She confirmed the address, and when I attempted to specify the unit number affected, she became frustrated and asked, “Well, isn’t this your address?” I explained that yes, it is the physical address, but the mailbox issue was for a specific unit within a cluster mailbox.
She continued to appear irritated, pulled out her phone, and at that point her supervisor came around the corner. I was confused by what was happening. I again explained that I am the property manager, that we have cluster mailboxes, and that one mailbox keyhole was damaged.
She spoke to me in a rude manner, as though I had done something wrong, when in fact the confusion came from her not understanding the situation initially. She was able to arrange for a technician to come out and change the lock immediately. However, when I attempted to confirm the correct unit number by calling my office, she again became irritated.
When I paid for the service, she turned away without saying anything, made a face toward her supervisor, and walked off, leaving me standing there. I had to ask the supervisor whether someone would be contacting me, and I was told the technician would meet me at the property.
The issue was resolved, but the customer service was unprofessional and disappointing.
