This young lady attitude wasn't pleasant how it started. Normally I get a friendly face when its busy and help if I cannot bring up what needed for my return. I didn't expect the help but curly hair young lady wasn't in her best mood this morning. I won't be returning because that was very awkward and unpleasant to see her face so unhappy at a young age. As I am struggling too pull up the return label. Dear young adults some of us older people just need a little assistance especially when it isn't busy. Thank you anyways for the help after a costumer came in and offered to help me. Well that is when I received the help from the young lady. Amazon did all the work on their end. So I didn't know how the return was set up as I normally do it.

- JRJosue RamirezAug 4, 20251.0I showed up at 6:21pm requesting the doly , the girl with curly hair working on( Friday August 1th) said right away, I'm not taking any boxes after 6:30pm I said im only dropping off, I got my 4 boxes and she was already waiting for me at the door, almost covering the space to getting in, I had to say "excuse me" and she moved, I scanned the boxes with self check out I finished exactly around 6:30 - 6:32pm I checked! And she is staring at me and says put the boxes over there, but she had the metal protection covering some of the space and i said "the doly it won't fit" and she takes the doly and smashed herself with doly hitting all the stuff around her. She was obviously extremely upset and knew that the boxes were not going to fit, but she still did it. You can look at the cameras and see it for yourself the type of customer service. 👎🏼
