UPS tracking number stated Label created by UPS store. My package never left the UPS store...Therefore, after over 30 days. Going on 60 days. UPS is still waiting for my package to deliver to the destination. I filed a claim. But, what was most important was the contents in our package. I made a number of trips to the UPS to talk to the owner and asked, if they can look in the back to check for our package and to check the cameras. The owner has no compassion for the customers whatsoever. They stole our package. Shame on you....

Called regarding claim of a late delivery ( after paid express shipping) and stolen package (because we already left the state atp!) Was told after filing claim store manager would reach out to me to ask any questions or make any adjustments to claim( she never did had to call back ) only for her to tell me i was “lied to” by employee and she can’t do anything and it’s too late and basically too bad. Very unsatisfied, train your employees better if they’re “lying” and work on Your customer service !!
